Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Health App - Healthy Comments for Famous People ("App") provided by Healthy Comments. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

The App allows users to analyze and manage comments on their Facebook posts. You agree to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Healthy Comments and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User Content

By using the App, you may provide comments and other content ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, and by submitting it, you grant Healthy Comments a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthy Comments and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healthy Comments and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 4 weeks notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
